Mastering Your Machine Club. This club will be held every month on the 1st Tuesday and the 2nd Saturday of the month for 10 sessions from 10:00 -1:00.
This class is for EPIC 2, EPIC 1, Designer Ruby 90, Designer Sapphire 85 or Designer Brilliance 80 machine owners.
Tuesday class: Feb 4, Mar 4, Apr 1, May 6, Jun 3, Jul 1, Aug 5, Sep 2, Oct 7, Nov 4 Saturday class: Feb 8, Mar 8, Apr 12, May 10, Jun 14, Jul 12, Aug 9, Sep 13, Oct 11, Nov 8.
This Club meets every month starting in February 2025 for 10 sessions. Cost will be $240.00 or if someone wants to sign up for a single project the cost would be $50.00 per class session. We want to keep the world sewing and foster the joy that comes from meeting with like-minded people in a supportive environment to really use our machines. We will continue to explore the many features within our Husqvarna Viking machines and in class create projects designed to teach us more about these wonderful machines. Some of the projects may take more than one month to complete as there are many aspects of your machine we will use when making our projects. Some of the projects may require the use of optional accessories and feet or the purchase of a design (s) from the mySewnet Library.

Design Positioning Exercises with Mat for Casserole Dish Project
(Finished size is approx. 10” W by 14” L)
In our class this month (April) we will explore using the Design Positioning feature within our amazing Husqvarna Viking sewing and embroidery machine. We will place built-in lettering, built-in designs and Super Designs from our software exactly where we want them on our background fabric. We will use the background embroidered fabric to make a mat to place under a hot casserole dish. This is just the project for the dinner table or buffet line and what a great hostess gift this makes!

| Instructor Bio: | Kathy Smith Kathy began teaching machine embroidery classes part time at Patty's Sewing Center in 2012. Her quest for knowledge of all things sewing and embroidery began many years earlier when she purchased her first Husqvarna Viking sewing and embroidery machine. Once Kathy retired from her second career in 2016, she was able to devote more time to teaching a variety of classes at Patty's. She enjoys teaching and sharing her passion for machine embroidery with others. Kathy completed the Jenny Haskins Online Academy of Accredited Tutors in 2011. |
