At a recent regional meeting, SVP launched a trade-in program for the Designer Epic 3 embroidery unit. If you would like to trade in your current Epic 3 embroidery unit for the newly updated version, please respond to this email.
The cost for the updated unit is $999. To participate, you will need to bring in your current unit, accessories, hoops, and bag, which will be replaced with the new unit and bag. For context, the embroidery unit is valued at approximately 20% of the $25,999 MSRP ($5,999), so this trade-in offers significant savings.
This program is valid through the end of July 2026, and quantities are limited. If you are experiencing issues with your current unit but do not wish to trade it in, SVP will continue to honor the extended warranty and replace it with the same style unit if required due to performance issues.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested so that I can submit your information and the necessary forms. I will need your embroidery unit serial number which you can find on the bottom of the unit. It will be 8 digits long. THere will be no extensions to this date.
