Some connected machines are showing as offline and won’t let you sign in to CREATIVATE™ / mySewnet, even on a healthy Wi?Fi network. The cause is an external internet service the machines use to confirm they’re online, which has stopped responding.
This is an outside?service outage that affects multiple manufacturers — it is not a fault in the machine, your network, or anything you did.
This issue affects some but not all connected models.
These actions won’t resolve the issue and can create new problems:
- DON'T change network or DNS settings on the machine.
- DON'T perform a factory reset.
- DON'T return or exchange the machine — a fix is on the way.
SVP is preparing a software fix that will be able to apply to your machine. A step?by?step guidance for you will be provided as soon as it’s validated. No firm date
has been provided.
